The Consular Section is open Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m.- 4 p.m.

The following services are available:

• passports
• consular registration

• visas
• special residency passports
• adoption

Upon request, the Consular Section provides the following notary services:

• registration of birth, death, marriage, divorce, change of name
• issue duplicates of documents originated in Armenia
• legalization of documents originated in Canada
• translation and verification of documents
• notarization of copies of documents or the authenticity of signatures
